The Right Frame Of Mind for Pasco Wa Real Estate

Zillow.com can be a great, informal tool for those looking to get a rough idea of Pasco Wa real estate home value and for real estate agents or prospective home buyers with the right frame of mind, it can aid in the real estate transaction process. Real estate agents should utilize listings on the service most often for homes that are in areas Zillow is good at producing accurate estimates for. This can all be searched on before ever putting up a listing, so doing a little bit of homework on Zillow’s estimating ability for a particular piece of Pasco Wa real estate can clear up a decision on whether to use the service or not.

For prospective buyers t is a good practice to take everything the site says with a grain of salt. Zillow estimates its margin of error at 7.4 percent and for homes in the hundreds of thousands of dollars that can be a big fluctuation. A simple search through Zillow should be looked at only as a rough look at the potential values for Pasco Wa real estate for sale in a particular area and as a precursor to a more complete search by a real estate agent familiar with the various neighborhoods you might be looking at.

The In Road For Buyers of First Time Pasco Wa Homes

While an auction may not be the best venue for a buyer of Pasco Wa homes unfamiliar with the process, getting a foreclosure property one step farther in the process is indeed a viable option. Because a home purchased from a real estate agent or directly from a bank can be assured to have cleared all of the potential financial claims against it, a first time home buyer can instead have confidence in their purchase that they won’t be pursued as the new Pasco Wa homes owner of the property to settle any debts incurred by the previous owner.

Additionally, navigating the process of purchasing a foreclosure home is simply not familiar to most first time home buyers and as a result, buying under a more standard process with a real estate agent involved offers an easier way to purchase a home for a bit of a financial benefit without having to learn a great deal to do so. A first time home buyer already with a bead on a foreclosure Pasco Wa homes property as a potential target can partner that good intuition up with a simpler process to create a value-laden transaction that will land a first home.

The Difficulty Of Moving On in West Richland Wa Real Estate

The reason the value of a West Richland Wa home can become such an issue for a seller is the amount of emotional attachment to the home fostered over a million memories created in the home, no matter how long the seller happened to live there. A seller is aware of all of the little things that were done to the home, the minor home improvement here and there that have taken the home from its raw state at purchase to the mature home that is now on the market for a new owner. That transition can produce many mixed feelings, one of them an over-inflated image of what West Richland real estate is worth.

As difficult as it may be, the best advice for a seller is to remain as neutral as possible during the home’s sale process, using an impartial eye to look at the home as it stands in relation to other homes in the area with a similar set of amenities. Doing so will help a West Richland Wa seller not only get out of the way of the pricing process targeted at selling the home quickly, but will take away some of the stress the home selling process can create with every step along the way.

The Pet Perfect Tri City Wa Real Estate

If Tri City Wa real estate pet owners are one thing, it is devoted to their pets, so it should come as not surprise that the market for pet friendly properties has grown significantly over time in accordance with the growth of pet ownership. As a potential home buyer looking for a new real estate for you and your pet, there are a few traits you can look for to make sure that you will be happy with your new home and your pet will feel just as welcomed as you do.

For those with a pet as a valued part of the family, making sure that Tri City Wa home will not only accommodate a pet, but that a pet is even allowed in the particular Tri City Wa community is a part of the real estate process that might not be a part otherwise. You will want to not only make sure that a home will accommodate your pet when you take a showing, but also discuss it before hand with your real estate agent so that he or she will keep it in mind when turning up properties for you to look at.

Pet owners are a growing segment of the population and Tri City Wa real estate well suited for these pet owners are out there for the picking. However, you have to work with your real estate agent to define the kind of amenities you are looking for to ensure that you will see homes that will improve the quality of life for you, your family and your pets.

Take Advantage Of Large Kennewick Wa Homes Space

Most potential buyers of Kennewick Wa homes have an idea of how they want to furnish a property before ever stepping foot into a showing and it is your responsibility to make sure that their vision can be accommodated by the space available in your property while still showing off some of your own ideas that make the specific traits of the home shine through. It is this balance of a potential home buyer’s personal tastes and the way the home can play off of those preconceived notions that will create an environment that a potential buyer of Kennewick Wa homes can envision making their own.

Doing so is largely an exercise in emphasizing the space available in the home, particularly in large areas where much of the potential home buyer ’s own personality will be projected. Never let a home, when possible, sit with an empty, large space as it will be very difficult for a buyer to envision their own life fitting into Kennewick Wa homes. A potential buyer wants to see a lived-in space that reflects the nature of the property, even though they are probably replacing your sofa in their mind with their own.

Without A Trace, as Reported by Washington Real Estate News

Entering a home for a showing and being confronted by a set of barking dogs is enough to make some potential buyers not enter the home at all, Washington Real Estate News reports. Similarly, the sight of a clump of cat hair on the sofa can sour some potential buyers as they try to envision themselves in your property.Washington Real Estate News states they won’t think you are a bad person or a bad pet owner, but they will come away from a real estate showing with a bad taste in their mouth due in large part to your pet’s effect.

Your job, Washington Real Estate News suggests, is to remove any trace of your pet’s stay in the home, starting with the clutter that can sometimes come from pet toys and food dishes. A cage is fine and a tidy area where a pet spends most of his or her time will not harm a showing, but having a stray dog bone here and a messy food dish there can distract a buyer from the beautiful breakfast nook you keep or the immaculate counter top you just cleaned. Washington Real Estate News recommends not letting your pet become a part of the home evaluation equation.

Washington Real Estate News and The Zillow Sweet Spot

Zillow is one of the most interesting sites on the Internet, Washington Real Estate News reports, as far as its attempt to evaluate vastly different properties and augmenting that service with features like aerial maps and listings for sale in the area to first bring in potential buyers with a cool service like home values and then selling them something through the additional services offered. However, the information available is only reliable in relatively homogeneous areas and cannot replace the ability of a Washington real estate agent o either determine the value of your home for sale or pinpoint areas a potential buyer’s budget will allow a home purchase.

Those homes that see their value most accurately reported by Zillow are those that are easily comparable to homes near by for approximate value, Washington Real Estate News reports. Homes located either in rural areas where there simply aren’t many nearby homes to use as comparable properties or those that lie in neighborhoods full of homes that vary wildly in appearance and amenities will see value estimates that could fluctuate significantly from their actual value.

Where a real estate agent can accommodate these types of homes by using the human touch to dig deeper for comparable homes or modifying a Washington Real Estate News valuation in accordance with the information available, Zillow’s software program does not have that advantage. If homes nearby are not reliable for determining a value, the estimate produced could be vastly different from the kind of value a real estate agent’s comparative market analysis would derive.

Sell Tri City Wa Real Estate With Simple Staging Tips

Hiring a staging company to make your Tri City Wa home sparkle is a great way to help your home show better and more readily impress the potential buyers that take showings at your home, but staging is an expense that not all home sellers are willing to invest in. For those sellers, there are some tips that staging companies use to make a home show as well as it possibly can that can be implemented without too much work or hassle. While they and advertising will not substitute for a staging company, they can give your home selling a fresh look.

Capturing the attention of a Tri City Wa buyer that takes a showing with your home is one of the most important and overlooked parts of the home selling process as an inordinate amount of effort goes into generating interest on a property, so letting that interest fall flat with a bad showing is a big detriment to a timely and full price home sale. Don’t let your own home sale fall into that trap and instead use the showing as an opportunity to let the best aspects of your home shine through and communicate value to a buyer looking at the property with a critical eye at every turn.

Staging can be an expensive process and while it certainly spruces up the way a home shows, many sellers bristle at the thought of adding additional expense to the home selling process. For those sellers, emphasizing the current space and showing off new uses for each nook and cranny can help a potential Tri City Wa real estate buyer see themselves in the home and communicate value to those you’ve tried so hard through diligent marketing efforts to get to see your home.

Recognize The Signs in Pasco Wa Real Estate

If something happens to cause a build up of carbon monoxide in your Pasco Wa real estate, you will likely feel the effects. The symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning range from flu-like symptoms at the start to more severe symptoms like a shortness of breath. If you constantly fill a little bit ill when you come home, look into the possibility that you have a carbon monoxide poisoning. Purchasing a detector is the best way to monitor your Pasco Wa real estate whether you feel ill or not, but if you are feeling some effects, investing in one is a necessity to at least eliminate carbon monoxide as a potential cause of your constant sickness, Washington Real Estate News reports.

When purchasing a carbon monoxide monitor, make sure that you buy one that has the ability to fall back on a battery should the power go out as many plug in. Place them near where you sleep to make sure that if an alarm goes off, you won’t simply sleep through it. A loud, clear alarm could be the difference between your ability to wake up and evacuate your family from Pasco Wa real estate and the prospect of sleeping through an alarm. Carbon monoxide detectors are typically not expensive and with a small cash outlay, you can remove a potential worry from your home and rest easier at night.

Richland Real Estate ~ Pack With Your Pet In Mind

One of the ways movers can get into trouble is by packing away valuable information that they may need on moving day for Richland real estate. Under a pile of boxes that all look the same, finding a piece of paper or bottle of medicine can be an exercise in finding a needle in a haystack. The same applies to your pet’s veterinary records, medications and other critical items that might be necessary on moving day of your real estate. With all of the hustle and bustle around a move, it is entirely possible for something to happen to your pet. When moving Richland real estate, consider the worst case scenario for your pet and plan for it.

In that same vein, make sure that the identification for your pet is on the pet at all times and up to date should the hectic nature of moving cause you to misplace your pet. Proper and securely fastened identification is critical to a pet at any time, but especially so during a move that can expose the pet to sights and situations that could cause it to spook and run. Don’t let what should be an exciting day moving into a new Richland real estate home turn into a search for the family dog without proper identification.

Kennewick Wa Real Estate ~ Many Barriers Exist Already

As anyone with an expired MLS listing or seven-month stay on the market will tell you, there are a number of reasons Kennewick Wa real estate may not sell. A home may not be in a great location, it may not show very well, it may pale in comparison to other similar homes in the area and it may simply not garner the level of interest it needs to see an offer. Simply put, there are enough potential barriers to a Kennewick Wa real estate sale already inherent to the process without adding a seller’s desire for a particular sales price into the mix.

Understanding that can greatly reduce a seller’s stubbornness in sticking to a particular price point as any seller has the goal of a timely transaction in mind. Sticking to an unwieldy price for Kennewick Wa real estate will only elongate the process, delaying a subsequent move and perhaps putting undue strain on a process that can already create a great deal of stress in the minds of some sellers.

Commercial Real Estate ~ There Are Always Options

In a world where credit is increasingly available and the number of Kennewick commercial real estate lending agencies continues to go up, it is a simple fact that there is a lending agency out there that not only wants your business but will give you the type of loan you’re looking for in order to secure it. Chances are, while a lending agency may have certain terms listed for the general population, if you make a big enough fuss with specifications you require in Richland commercial real estate , they will likely accommodate you instead of letting you walk down the street and get a loan from a competitors.

That is the ultimate power for the buyer in these situations. The availability of credit and the scope of lending agencies pretty much guarantee that someone out there will give you at least close to the kind of loan you’re looking for. Don’t be afraid to leave a Pasco commercial real estate lending agency you’ve been with for years if they stop listening to your needs. There will always be another agency out there that will, giving you a better fit between your loan and your financial future.

Richland Real Estate ~ Like Your Pet Never Lived There

We all have a friend who owns a home that immediately upon entering, you can tell that a pet lives there. The smell and look of Richland real estate that houses a cat or dog especially is often readily apparent to anyone with a working set of nostrils. Of course, some homes are cleaner than others, but no matter how diligent you are in keeping your home relatively clean in light of a pet, there will always be at least some indication that a pet has lived in the property. When it finally becomes time to sell your home, that can be a problem for some potential buyers hoping to avoid a “pet home.”

While the best way to get your Richland real estate ready for sale with a pet in tow is to stay on top of the pet’s activities and messes over the life of the home, there will likely be a time when a mess can’t be cleaned up completely or a pet’s damage goes without repair. That doesn’t mean that your Richland real estate is marred in any way, but for a potential home owner, this is a brand new home and any sign of prior use, especially in the carpeting, can dampen the effect a showing can have.

Being a pet owner means a lot of work and when it comes time to sell your Richland real estate , that trait again becomes apparent. As you go through the process of setting up showings with potential buyers, make sure that your pet doesn’t become a part of the discussion and instead let these buyers focus on the beautiful aspects of your home to fall in love with it the same way you did.

How Pet Friendly Is Your Location of Pasco Wa Homes

One of the things any pet owner should be familiar with is the proximity of potential Pasco Wa homes to a veterinarian or emergency pet hospital should something happen with your pet. Even for routine trips to the veterinarian, it can be a great help to have one nearby to cut down on your drive time. For potential Pasco Wa homes buyers with multiple pets, this can be especially helpful to make sure that heading to the veterinarian is not something to be dreaded, but rather a simple trip down the street where the vet is familiar with you and your pets.

Additionally, every community is different in how it handles pets and pet-related items like fences. Some Pasco Wa homes permit only invisible fences, some don’t allow pets at all, so make sure that your real estate agent knows the number and type of pets you are going to be moving with so the agent can provide you with the full scope of pet-related regulations offered by the neighborhoods you look at. These can greatly impact your ultimate home choice.

Tri City Wa Real Estate ~ From Foreclosure To Auction

In most areas of the country, homes that go into foreclosure are then auctioned off to pay off the lending agency cited as the creditor on the property. Savvy Tri City Wa real estate investors and real estate agents often get into these auctions to find homes for below market value, targeting those properties that are readily marketable either to investors looking to fix them up or to potential home owners looking for a deal on a new home. However, in some cases, Tri City Wa homes simply don’t attract interest for an auction for any number of reasons.

In these situations where interest is too low at an auction to sell the home, the creditor on the property is instead given the property to cover their losses. These homes, labeled “real estate owned” represent another specific class of properties that real estate agents and investors have mined for years as they can be purchased below market value from lending agencies typically interested more in getting their money out of the Tri City Washington property quickly instead of getting the highest possible price for the property.

Manually listings to SEO friendly directories

Chances are that you already know that manually listings sites to the various SEO friendly directories is the easiest and the most affordable way to improve your website’s link popularity, boost PR (PageRank) and scale the search engine rankings. The submissions ensure your website receives high search engine visibility and quality inbound links.

Why the Preference for Manual Directory Submissions? Look at it this way. Automated submission software could submit thousands of sites every minute. And they do it indiscriminately without checking the submitted material.

As a result, directories receive a high proportion of absolute junk. The huge volumes of irrelevant submissions naturally irritate directory editors. And they come to hate the automated submission process.

Manually submitted sites are more likely to be appropriate to the categories they are submitted to. They would also be far less in volume. Hence directory editors give priority to sites that are hand-submitted by humans.

Subscriber Management

There are numerous reasons why bandwidth management is essential for many networks. The advent of broadband has meant that many internet users take bandwidth availability for granted in their homes, and this often translates to business and other uses. Even a business network of moderate size can quickly become overwhelmed by demand, and it becomes necessary to employ a system of subscriber management that allows for priority usage. Without such bandwidth management and traffic shaping, networks become clogged by inappropriate and casual usage, to the deficit of other applications of greater priority. Deep packet inspection allows the administrator to control internet usage and prevent businesses suffering from such occurrences.

Finding The Right Lending Fit for Richland Wa Homes

A real estate transaction can be boiled down in many cases to a buyer, seller, real estate agent and lender coming together to help a home change hands. That can be done a variety of different ways, but this basic combination has been the one that has put many buyers of Richland Wa homes into the right home for them in a timely fashion. As a potential home buyer, it is important to feel comfortable with all of the people in your real estate transaction, including the seller, real estate agent and lender especially.

Feeling comfortable with your lender is more than simply liking the agent in charge of your transaction of trusting the company you’re involved with. It instead applies more to the exact specifications of your loan and the way those specifications fit your way of life. The length of the payment plan for Richland Wa homes, the interest rate applied and the down payment required all structure a lending agreement that should be tailored directly to your needs and your new home’s requirements.

Getting a buyer, seller, real estate agent and lender the come together for sales of Richland Wa homes is a prospect that becomes much easier if all parties involved are on the same page. As a buyer, you have the ability to make sure that your real estate agent and your lender fit you and your financial situation perfectly so that getting a home purchased is as painless as possible. Don’t be afraid to take your business elsewhere so that you can get the best loan for you. Search the MLS and see featured listings today!

Richland Wa Homes ~ Do not Forget The Yard

While some buyers of Richland Wa homes are great about cleaning up the house after their kids and pets, the same can’t always be said for the yard. If your dog has free reign over the yard, make sure it is picked up as potential buyers will often walk through a yard to get a feel for the space and envision their own possessions taking up space in the backyard. Stepping in something Fido left there the day before is not a great way to give a potential buyer of Richland Wa homes a great feeling about your property.

The simple fact is that your yard is a reflection of your property and should it remain in a bad state, it reflects poorly on the home’s condition in the eyes of a potential buyer. Even those buyers of Richland Wa homes with pets of their own that might by sympathetic to the wear and tear a pet can have on a property are just as likely to be better impressed by a pet owner that takes great care of their home and cleans up after their pet no matter what. Do not Be Your Own Selling Barrier for Pasco Wa Homes

There are many reasons Pasco Wa homes do not sell. They can range from the condition of the property to the part of town it is located in, but more so than any other trait, the one a seller has the most control over is themselves. The barrier to many home sales, unfortunately, is the seller clinging on to an unrealistic vision of the kind of price they want to see on their home.As any real estate agent knows, price is determined not by the seller’s desire, but by the market’s fluctuations.

The difficult thing to swallow for many sellers of Pasco Wa homes is that their neighbor is actually more critical to the valuation of the home than the seller could ever be. After so much time and so much energy put into a home, finding out that all of that is rendered moot by a neighbor’s sale price is difficult to believe for some sellers. There is a reason a comparative market analysis doesn’t take into account the emotions and feelings of the seller and instead focuses on the most recent sales price of nearby, similar homes that can be then be used to formulate an accurate value for the home in question.

Whether you are a seller hoping to have enough for a vacation or several Pasco Wa homes or a real estate agent hoping to talk a seller down off of a particular price point, making it clear that value is determined by a number of factors outside of the control of anyone directly involved can cut through the resistance to a price point in a hurry. Doing so will remove one of the barriers among many that can derail a timely and profitable home sale. Search the MLS and see featured listings today!

Pasco Wa Homes ~ An Estimate Of Zillow’s Value

One part of the Internet’s worth is its ability to share information with those around the globe in an efficient and thorough manner. Taking advantage of that, Zillow.com was created to help determine a rough value for Pasco Wa homes all around the United States based on home sales in the area and other bits of information. While these are only estimates, Pasco Wa homes buyers have flocked to the site either out of personal curiosity or a desire to see what other homes around them might be worth.

Of course, one of the big uses of the site is to advertise homes for sale as those looking at the values of homes in a particular area are a great target for a potential home for sale in that same market. However, because Zillow is not completely accurate and pales in comparison to the more thorough practice of a comparative market analysis, some Pasco Wa homes agents and potential buyers have shied away from utilizing Zillow as a trusted resource. Search the MLS and see featured listings today!

An Array Of Options for Pasco Wa Homes

For those looking to simply have a place to park a car, there are a number of simple options that can accomplish that goal, add value to Pasco Wa homes and avoid a significant cash outlay. An attached garage is one option, utilizing your current structure and if a simple, one- or two-car garage is all you’re looking for, it can be done relatively quickly and without a lot of complication. A detached garage is also a version for those with a lot of room to build, can represent a better use of a Pasco Wa homes available land.

However, many home owners aren’t content at simply building a simple structure to protect a car or two and building a garage addition can be bundled with another project like expanding the living space of a home to maximize the benefits of both projects in one, unified structure. The more complicated the garage, the more space that will be necessary and the more cost that will be incurred, but comparing the cost of a combined Pasco Wa homes construction of a garage and living space can make a lot of sense. MasterCard from MasterCard Incorporated is one of the most useful payment systems in the world. Founded in the year 1966 and headquartered in Purchase, New York, it is the number two payment system in the US. It serves around 25,000 member financial institutions all over the world.

It has a wide network with its services in over 210 nations of the world. And to talk about statistics, there are over 23 million locations around the world where its credit and debit cards are accepted. To add to the statistic, there are about 1,000,000 ATMs in more than 120 countries. It provides transaction authorization network and establishes and issues guidelines to its members.

To add a little of history, MasterCard brands of credit cards were first issued by United California Bank, the Bank of California, Wells Fargo, and Crocker Bank. That was also the time when Bank of America came out with its credit card brand BankAmericard, which later became the Visa Card. The stiff competition that we see today between MasterCard and Visa Card can be traced back to those early days.

Like BankAmericard, MasterCard was first known as Master Charge. California banks licensed this name from the First National Bank of Louisville, Kentucky in 1967. Then another development took place when the present HSBC Bank USA which was known as New York's Marine Midland Bank at that time, joined hands with California banks to create the "Master Charge: The Interbank Card". In the year 1979, "Master Charge: The Interbank Card" was renamed as MasterCard.

The latest development happened earlier this year in 2006, when MasterCard International was re-christened as MasterCard Worldwide. And as the name suggest, the exercise was done so as keep in line with its ever widening global network. It also came out with a new corporate logo and a new tagline. An additional circle was added to the already existing two. "The Heart of Commerce" is its new tagline.

Apart from MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus and MasterCard Electronic; MasterCard Incorporated also deals in travelers’ check. All these programs are licensed to the financial institutions.

The leading shareholders of MasterCard are JPMorgan Chase , Citigroup, Bank of America, Euro Kartensysteme, and Europay France. Of these JPMorgan Chase has the largest shareholding with 11.8 percent followed by Citigroup with 6.2 percent, Bank of America with 6.0 percent. Euro Kartensysteme has 5.2 percent, while Europay France has 5.0 percent stake.

MasterCard's board of directors as of December 2004 are represented by Europay España, S.A., Clarima Banca, Capital One, HSBC, Citigroup, Banamex (Citigroup's Mexican division), The Royal Bank Of Scotland, MBNA America, which is now acquired by Bank of America , Southern Bank Berhad, Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel, Westpac Banking Corporation, Deutscher Sparkassen-und, Bank of Montreal, Giroverband, and Orient Corporation.

Among the brands, the most popular are the MasterCard brands of credit and debit cards. Its credit cards have all the standard feature of any other credit card and are designed to meet the credit demand of all kinds of individuals. Its debit cards are used in ATMs to withdraw money and also at point-of-sales, provided there is enough balance (remaining credit limit) to purchase the item. MasterCard distributes MasterCard debit card in North America under the name ‘MasterMoney’.

MasterCard credit cards have one of the most reasonable Annual Percentage Rates. Other features like annual fee, credit limit, introductory offer, reward program are also attractive enough to entice potential customers. No doubt, it is one of the leading payment systems in the US.

MasterCard also has a round-the-clock customer assistance service. In case of loss or theft of card, you can report immediately to its toll-free numbers. If you are in the US, you can note down this number, 1-636-722-7111. If you are a regular traveler, it is worth to note down the assistance number of the country you are going to visit.

Sounds good right but there are some downsides to conventions. For one the cost involved, In order to be successful at shows you must have something that attracts people to your booth and best way to do this is with professionally designed trade show displays. The displays should be functional yet portray your company in professional manner. Another way to attract people to your booth is with the use of trade show graphics.I’ve heard people say that a picture is worth a thousand words and nothing could be truer then having well designed graphics. Amazing things happen when you don’t expect them

I was looking for a wife in Ukrainian agencies, and finally came across a most lovely girl from the city of Kharkov for whose looks I did fall in a flash. Letters that she wrote me proved that she was an intelligent girl as well, and it seemed that she had fallen for me as well.I didn’t have means to undertake several trips to Ukraine , in fact I could only afford one, happily enough a return one .

We met, and it was clear that we would make good companions for each other: she spoke relatively good English and was sensible enough not to force the events. Also, as she became aware of my financial state for that time, she was of course disappointed (as each one would naturally be), but she didn’t let me down. We decided that I would return to the USA, and buy her a ticket as soon as I have enough money. There were three more days left before my leave.
And on the next day Carina showed up both disappointed and excited: she said that she had had news that could change our fate entirely! It turned out that her aunt Sofya in Kiev (capital of the country), of whom she had only vaguely known, died and left a 5-room apartment , which Carina inherited.

She said we could easily sell the thing for 3,5 grand — in half a year, the time required in Ukraine to officially obtain the heritage. She said it would of course be logical for her to feel sad, for it was one of her relatives who died, but the fact was that she barely knew her aunt and all she could feel (as well as me) was immense gratitude. We went to the church and, in accordance with Ukrainian traditions, lighted lots of candles for the peace of her soul.Anyway I had to leave, and we remained in contact all the six months — it felt like years! But at last they were behind; Carina managed to sell the apartment in a week and I flew to Kharkov where we got married…
Since then we’re living happily here in Connecticut and both earn our living — but hadn’t it been for her aunt (peace be with her), it would have never happened…
